Salon Policies
Please read all "Salon Policies" to have a better booking experience and to have a understanding what is expected as a client when booking and when coming to get serviced. This will answer a lot of your questions you may have about the salon, services, our what you stylist expects from you.

No- Shows
If You do not show within 15 minutes or without communicating to your stylist or the salon via phone call, text, IG, Facebook, or email you will be charged a “NO SHOW FEE”. Our No-Show fee is 100% of your service. If we charge your card and it doesn’t go through you will be “BLOCKED” from booking a future appointment with any stylist at "I Am Natural Hair Studio LLC".
Late Fee
There will be a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Afterwards the grace period, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a No-Show fee which is 100% of your service. (It Is Not Our Responsibility To Make Sure You Show Up To An Appointment You Scheduled) If we are not notified about your lateness it will be considered a No-Show Fee. Even if you do notify the stylist it is up to the stylist to still take you or not based on their schedule.
Deposits
Deposits are required for all appointment & are non-refundable but you do have the option to transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment only if you reschedule BEFORE 24 hours of your appointment.
Cancellation
If you cancel your appointments within a 24 hour time period of your appointment you will be charged a late cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of your service. A fee WILL NOT be applied if you cancel BEFORE 24 hrs of your appointment.
Kids Services
Yes we service children but please be mindful that your child appointment has a set duration time and your child stylist may have someone afterwards so taking breaks, consistent movement, and tender-heed children can affect your child's appointment. If your stylist goes pass you time duration because of you or your child you will be required to pay $30 or the next person discount due to your childs appointment running over.
Extra People
There will be no extra people allowed to sit and wait for you at your appointment at the salon. Our salon is catered to the ones who is getting serviced at that time.
